Main Ingredients

4–5 large oranges (navel, Valencia, or mandarin oranges)
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (preferably ripe, golden, sweet)
1–2 tbsp honey or sugar, optional
1 cup cold water or 1 cup crushed ice

Chill the fruits in the fridge for 20–30 minutes for a colder juice.

Method A: Using a Blender

Place pineapple chunks and orange pieces into the blender.
Add water or ice.
Add honey or sugar (optional).
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until very smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve or leave unstrained for a more pulpy texture.

Method B: Using a Juicer

Feed pineapple chunks into the juicer.
Add orange segments afterward.
Stir the juice well to combine the flavors.

Pour the juice into tall chilled glasses.
Add ice cubes if desired.

To start this wonderful vitamin C rich recipe, you will first need to take out your juicer.
Thoroughly wash and rinse the pineapple under cold running tap water.
Take out a sharp kitchen knife, and remove the skin and hard inner core from the pineapple. Moving forward, next you will need to cut your pineapple into long wedges that can be fed into your juicer.
Finally wash and rinse both oranges, then peel them both.
You are now ready to start juicing, so place a tall glass under the juice spout, plug your machine in, and begin feeding in all of the fresh fruit. Depending on the moisture content of your produce, you may need to adjust your proportions as necessary. 1/8 Cup Of Welch's Grape Juice
1 Cup Of Crushed Ice

Pineapple Juice Instructions:
Add in to the vessel the pineapple juice, cold 2% milk, Myer's platinum white rum, cranberry juice, apple juice, and grape juice. Next place the lid on the shaker, and then vigorously mix the contents together until a smooth and creamy cocktail has formed.
