Bright, refreshing, naturally sweet, and loaded with vitamins — this juice is a perfect morning energizer or mid-day boost.
Ingredients (Makes 2 large glasses)
-
4 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
-
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
-
2 large oranges, peeled and segmented (remove seeds)
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional but adds freshness)
-
1–2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener (optional)
-
½ to 1 cup cold water, or use coconut water for extra flavor
-
A few ice cubes, for serving
-
Tiny pinch of ginger (optional) — fresh or powdered
Instructions (Juicer Version)
-
Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into medium pieces.
-
Peel the oranges completely, removing the bitter white pith if possible.
-
Place the carrot pieces into your juicer first (they produce a strong, sweet base).
-
Add pineapple chunks and orange segments.
-
Add ginger if using.
-
Stir in lemon juice and sweetener (if needed).
-
Pour over ice and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
Instructions (Blender Version)
-
Add chopped carrots, pineapple chunks, and orange segments to your blender.
-
Pour in ½–1 cup cold water or coconut water.
-
Blend on high until completely smooth.
-
Taste—add lemon juice or a little sweetener if needed.
-
Pour the mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth to remove fiber if you want a clear juice.
-
Or drink it as-is for a thicker, fiber-rich smoothie.
-
-
Serve over ice.

- 3 medium carrots
- 1/2 small, ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
- 1 large orange, peeled and cut into pieces
1. Turn on your juicer, add the carrots, pineapple, and orange-one at a time. Turn off the machine and pour the juice into a glass and serve.
Note-If you want to make a "green" carrot pineapple orange juice, add 3 handfuls of spinach or kale. I serve my juice on ice. Enjoy !
