Ingredients (Makes 3–4 glasses)

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned in juice, drained)

  • 3 large oranges, peeled and segmented

  • 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional for brightness)

  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar, honey, or syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1½–2 cups cold water or cold sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint leaves (optional for serving)


Instructions (Blender)

  1. Add the pineapple chunks, orange segments, lemon juice, and sugar (if using) to a blender.

  2. Pour in 1½ cups cold water.

  3. Blend on high until smooth.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or brightness.

  5. Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a clear drink, or leave as-is for a thicker, more fiber-rich juice.
